JKBOSE 11th Exam Forms 2024: The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has announced the schedule for the submission of Permission cum Examination Forms and Statements of Enrollment for Higher Secondary Part-1 (Class 11), Examination Session Annual (Private)/Bi-annual 2024 for the Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh.

Eligibility Criteria:
1. All fresh private candidates who are otherwise eligible.
2. Re-appear/Failure and eligible candidates of all previous sessions.
3. Candidates must complete/clear the examination within five years from the session in which they were placed under the re-appear category.
4. Fresh eligibility cases as per procedure/norms and applicable fee.

1. Normal Fee Submission:
Start Date: 22nd July 2024
End Date: 5th August 2024
2. Late Fee Submission (1st Count):
Start Date: 6th August 2024
End Date: 15th August 2024
Late Fee: ₹770 in addition to the normal fee.
3. Late Fee Submission (2nd Count):
Start Date: 16th August 2024
End Date: 25th August 2024
Late Fee: ₹1985 in addition to the normal fee

Re-appear/Failure/Fresh Private candidates:
Normal Fee: ₹1365
1st Count Late Fee: ₹2135
2nd Count Late Fee: ₹3350
Candidates with additional subject(s):

Important Instructions and Guidelines:
1. Additional Charges:
₹10 per candidate in addition to the requisite fee charged by the institution.
₹20 as the cost of Admission-cum-Examination forms per candidate.
2. Exemptions:
Disabled candidates with 40% or more disability are exempted from paying the examination fee.
3. Submission Protocol:
- In case the last date falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered as the last date for submission.
- Ensure no proxy or fake attestation is executed from the institutions.
- Maintain a record of candidates appearing through their respective schools.
- Ensure the registration of particulars of five candidates only on each side of the enrollment sheet.
- Record the cell number of each candidate on the enrollment sheet.
- Affix the latest digital colored photograph of each candidate against their particulars on the statement of enrollment, duly signed and stamped.
4. Payment and Form Submission:
- Deposit the prescribed fee in the designated branches of J&K Bank Ltd using “Bank slip” obtained from the concerned Divisional/Sub/Branch offices of the BOSE.
- Submit the Permission cum Examination Forms and statements of enrollment/renewal registration returns complete in all respects to the concerned Divisional/Sub/Branch office of the BOSE.
- A registration renewal fee of ₹220 per candidate, if applicable, in addition to the prescribed exam fee.
5. Preparation Days:
Institutions are allowed two preparation days after the last date with the normal fee and two days each after 1st and 2nd counts with the prescribed late fee for submission of examination forms.
