JKBOSE 12th Migration 2024 Fee Structure
The submission of online migration forms is categorized based on different time frames and corresponding fees:
Normal Fee Submission:
Dates: 25th July 2024 to 8th August 2024
Fee: Rs. 410/-
Late Fee Submission:
With a late fee of Rs. 75/-: 9th August 2024 to 18th August 2024
With a late fee of Rs. 85/-: 19th August 2024 to 28th August 2024
With a late fee of Rs. 100/-: 29th August 2024 to 7th September 2024
Final Submission Date:
With a late fee of Rs. 410/-: Up to 9th September 2024.

JKBOSE 12th Migration 2024 General Instructions
Online Migration Form: The link for submission will open on 25th July 2024 and close on 8th August 2024 with the normal fee. Late fees apply for submissions after these dates as outlined above.
Sanction Requirement: Migration is only permitted with sanction from JKBOSE. Heads of institutions must ensure this sanction before issuing transfer certificates.
Unauthorized Migration: Any migration without prior sanction will be treated as unauthorized and will result in action against the concerned head of the institution.
Required Documents: Candidates must fill in their Board Registration numbers and provide verified documentary proofs of support. Heads of institutions are responsible for verifying and endorsing these documents.
Subject Change: For students wishing to change subjects in HSE Part-II, the prescribed fee is Rs. 410/- and must be completed by 7th September 2024. It is crucial that students pass the same subject in the corresponding Class 11th examination, or their results will be withheld under D.E Category.
Physical Verification: The verification of dates and documents must be done by the concerned Sub/Branch offices of JKBOSE through physical verification.

Online Application: Eligible candidates must apply online through the JKBOSE official website: www.jkbose.nic.in.
Institution Heads: Must verify and approve the migration requests and ensure that no transfer certificates are issued without JKBOSE’s sanction.
Manual Scrutiny: The heads of Sub/Branch offices will manually check the documents submitted and endorse the applications based on governing norms.
Communication: Students from affiliated academic institutions will be provided with necessary facilities and information regarding the migration process.
