5. Request for Transfer (RFT) Preparation:

Based on the RFT, the PFMS issues a Fund Transfer Order (FTO). This serves as authorization for the transfer of funds to the beneficiaries’ bank accounts.

7. Sanction Order Issuance:

The Department of Agriculture, Cooperation & Farmers Welfare issues the sanction order for the amount mentioned in the FTO. This step ensures compliance with government regulations and transparency in fund allocation.

8. Fund Transfer to Beneficiaries:
